Seventy degrees. Sunny. What else could make January in San Clemente better? Not much. A five-course dinner for $40, however, couldn’t hurt. Every Wednesday through Saturday, in addition to a full dinner menu, Chef Nolan will be offering a five-course, prix fixe tasting menu. The menu will change daily. Here’s a sample:
